***Product Guarantee***
I guarantee that all of my products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described. If you receive a product that does not meet my guarantee, I will ship a free replacement at no charge to you or refund your payment.
***Shipping Policy***
Continental United States
There is a base rate of $8.95 for all orders. I will combine shipping. After you submit your order, please wait for me to contact you with the final shipping amount. It is generally around $15 - $20 for an order of $100.00, but may vary due to the weight of items purchased. I will mail your items with UPS Ground.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO Military Addresses
There is a base rate of $19.95 for all orders. I will combine shipping. After you submit your order, please wait for me to contact you with the final shipping amount. Shipping and Handling is higher for items mailed to these areas. Your items will be mailed with USPS Air Mail.
Canada
There is a base rate of $19.95 for all orders. I will combine shipping. After you submit your order, please wait for me to contact you with the final shipping amount. Shipping and Handling is higher for items mailed to Canada.

***Return Policy***
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.

If you refuse delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact me immediately. I will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact me within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting me first.
If the broken or defective item is over $25.00, please email me a picture of the damage and I may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise, I will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned to me before I can issue a refund or exchange.
